Technologies used on the marketing site

Strictly necessary and preference storage

The site may use first-party browser storage for essential site behaviour and preferences, including the Nuxt colour-mode preference. The marketing site does not implement customer authentication itself.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics is configured on the marketing site with measurement ID G-T549D86XL9. It is used to understand website usage and measure site performance. Google Analytics may set first-party cookies such as _ga and related measurement cookies, depending on Google's current implementation and browser settings.

PostHog

PostHog is configured with the public project key and the endpoint https://us.i.posthog.com. It is used to understand website and platform usage, measure performance and capture relevant interaction events such as signup CTA activity. PostHog may use cookies and local storage for persistence and analytics. We do not describe this data as anonymous.

The repository does not configure session recording, advertising cookies or a Do Not Track opt-out mechanism. PostHog project-level settings are outside this repository and require confirmation before making a stronger statement about those features.

External services linked from the site

The marketing site links to external services that have their own privacy and cookie practices:

• Pensure application: app.pensure.ai for product sign-in and account activity;
• Google Calendar: for booking a scoping call; and
• Cloudflare: for delivery and security of the marketing site.

The marketing-site repository does not set or control the authentication, application or payment cookies used by external services. This policy does not describe those services as if they were implemented on pensure.ai.

How we use cookie and analytics data

We use these technologies to:

• provide essential site behaviour and remember preferences;
• understand website and Platform usage;
• measure performance and relevant interaction events; and
• improve the site, product experience and services.

We do not use the marketing site to sell personal information to third parties.

Managing cookies and storage

You can manage or delete cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Blocking necessary storage may affect site preferences or Platform functionality. You can also use browser and provider controls to limit analytics collection where available.
