What's covered

A Pensure penetration test is designed to do two things: make your business safer and make your next audit easier. If it fails at either, you do not pay for it.
Breach guarantee
Hacked through a vulnerability we missed? Your money back.
If attackers compromise an in-scope system within six months through a vulnerability we should have found, we'll refund 100% of your Pensure testing fee.
What "should have found" means
- An applicable, publicly disclosed CVE that existed within the agreed scope.
- A vulnerability that was reasonably testable when we completed the assessment.
- Reasonable technical evidence connecting the incident to the vulnerability.
Audit guarantee
Auditor rejected our work? Your money back.
If a qualifying external auditor rejects our report because our work falls short, we'll fix the problem. If we can't fix it within 10 business days, we'll refund 100% of your Pensure testing fee.
What it doesn't cover
- A change of scope after testing is complete.
- An unrelated control failure elsewhere in your environment.
- Additional requirements introduced after the work is finished.
Both guarantees cover systems within the agreed testing scope, confirmed in writing before any traffic is sent. The scope you approve is the scope we stand behind.

What a test cannot do
A penetration test examines an agreed system at a particular point in time. Systems change. New vulnerabilities emerge. Attackers use phishing, stolen credentials and plenty of other methods that may sit outside the test.
